ShiShi Yamazaki”LUMINOUS WA”

2025.6.27(Fri) – 2025.8.11(Mon)

“LUMINOUS WA” unfolds as a constellation of works grounded in diverse media, each emerging through the artist ShiShi Yamazaki’s physicality and philosophical perspective.

Together, they compose the space of this exhibition.
There is a tactile vitality in the hand-built ceramics—organic in texture and form. The paintings and animations shimmer with hues that are soft, uncertain, and ephemeral.
As we encounter these expressions, a quiet energy stirs within the body—rising like light—and with it, we begin to feel the contours of our own presence slowly come into focus.

What shape does that light take?
What warmth does it carry, and what kind of texture might it hold?
At art cruise gallery by Baycrew’s, we are committed to sharing a universal sense of beauty—one that is not defined by symmetry or surface, but by the deeper function art performs in our lives. The impressions and sensations you take with you from this exhibition may ripple gently into your daily life, becoming a light of your own.
